What You’ll Do:

  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Ensure Satisfaction: Handle order issues, returns, and exchanges while ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with our sales, product, and fulfillment teams to make sure customer needs are met smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain Records: Keep track of customer interactions, feedback, and any recurring issues to help improve our service and products.
  • Be the Voice of the Customer: Share insights and feedback from customers to help us continually enhance the customer experience.
