OUR HQ / RETAIL STORE

Our HQ in West Palm Beach, Florida is also home to our flagship retail store. If you're in the South Florida area we'd love to have you come check it out. If you're coming to purchase a specific product, we recommend calling us ahead of time to make sure it's in stock.

SHIPPING INFORMATION / PRODUCT LEAD TIMES


PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES: 13FA proudly prints our apparel right here at our HQ in West Palm Beach, Florida. Most of our products are printed on demand which means that once you place an order, we put them into final production. Once the product is completed, it's sent to our quality control team for a final look and then to our fulfillment team who ships your order out. In most cases, we can complete this process within 3-5 days after you place an order. As soon as the shipping label gets smacked onto your package we will send you an email with the tracking number. 

PRE-ORDERS: If you purchase a pre-order item, they are not put into production until the pre-order period is completed. The pre-order period is listed in the product description, on the product page of all pre-order items.

SHIPPING INFO: We offer two shipping options for you to choose from.

• Standard (3-5 business days)
• Express (2-3 business days)

* Keep in mind, these are estimated shipping times from the time that your order has been handed off to the carrier. This does not include the production lead time prior to shipping your order. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We can ship anywhere in the world, including APO/FPO! Please reach out to a member of our team if you're having issues with your address at checkout.

LEO/MILITARY DISCOUNTS - 13FA doesn't offer any set discounts to any particular profession or group. We're proud to offer some of the highest quality gear on the market at really competitive prices. If you're looking for promo codes we highly recommend signing up for our email/SMS newsletter, following us on social and joining our private 13FA Fam FB Group where we send them out regularly.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER - If your order has not been shipped, please email info@thirteenfiftyapparel.com or call us 561-660-7862 with your order number. You can locate your order number in your email confirmation.

If your order has already shipped, and left our warehouse, you can return the package to us for a full refund.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY


Not what you were looking for? You can initiate a return through our online portal and send the package back with whichever carrier you desire. We suggest hanging on to your tracking number until we let you know the package has been received at our HQ. Once your item(s) is received, we will process your refund/exchange within 3 business days and email you a confirmation. Please allow 3-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
