SHIPPING INFORMATION / PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES


PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
At 13FA, every piece of apparel is proudly printed in the USA. Most products are made to order, meaning your gear enters our production queue as soon as your order is placed. From there, it moves through final production, a thorough quality check, and fulfillment. Please allow 7–10 business days for this process to be completed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text notification with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

Economy (5–8 Business Days)
Standard (3–4 Business Days)
Express (1–3 Business Days)

PRE-SALE:
If you purchase a pre-sale item, they are not put into production until the pre-sale period is completed. The pre-sale period is listed on the product page of all pre-sale items.

*Keep in mind, shipping lead times are calculated upon fulfillment of your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship anywhere in the world, including APO/FPO! Please reach out to a member of our team if you're having issues with your address at checkout.

CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
If your order has not been shipped, please email info@thirteenfiftyapparel.com with your order number. You can locate your order number in your order email confirmation.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact customer service at info@thirteenfiftyapparel.com within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective merchandise.

ALL ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS

Please use our Return Portal to begin your return. Please make sure your order meets our return criteria and is not a final sale item before you complete your return. Include your Order Number and Reason for Return. If you need an exchange, please include the size/product requested. You may use the courier of your choice to return your item(s)
