"I would like to start by saying that I adore this sticker, the quality is excellent and i love the way it looks in my water bottle. However i have experienced a problem that needs to be pointed out, I ordered the sticker on February 11th and for 9 days straight I hadnt recieved any notifications or tracking updates, until I decided to contact the Customer Experience Team on the 20th and I was able to get the help that I needed, 4 days later it finally arrived. It took 13 days for my product to arrive, compared to a previous order that i placed two years ago and it arrived in only 3 days. Despite this issue, Im satisfied with my product and the customer service was great."

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for store credit. Click here to initiate an exchange or return for store credit.
