Not like the first one

"I thought it would be more snug but it seems to be a material change as from the first one. I honestly need to go a size smaller now due to the change in material which would have been good to know. Very frustrating as I use this for work. Also the hat now in general is not as good looking as they originally were."

At 13FA, every piece of apparel is proudly printed in the USA. Most products are made to order, meaning your gear enters our production queue as soon as your order is placed. From there, it moves through final production, a thorough quality check, and fulfillment.

Please allow 7–10 business days for this process to be completed. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email or text notification with your tracking details so you can follow it all the way to your door.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for store credit. Click here to initiate an exchange or return for store credit.
