Ordering & Production
- Minimum Order: A minimum of 30 patches per design/color is required to place an order.
- Production Time: As a result of heightened demands, the production lead times can fluctuate. After receiving payment, your custom patches will be readied for shipment; however, please note that the actual production duration may be subject to change based on the current demand.
Pricing
Small Patch Pricing (Up to 3x5 inches):
- 30-50 Patches: $8 each
- 51-75 Patches: $7 each
- 76-100 Patches: $6 each
- 101+ Patches: $5 each
Large Patch Pricing (Up to 12x6 inches):
- 30-50 Patches: $12 each
- 51-75 Patches: $11 each
- 76-100 Patches: $9 each
- 101+ Patches: $7 each

- Integration: Specially designed to integrate with your velcro gear.
- Adhesion: Hook-back [velcro] adhesion.
- Construction: Laser-cut to size and constructed from silicone.
Embroidered Patch Details:
- Backing Options: Can be constructed with velcro backing or hot press adhesive.
How to Order Custom Products

Step 1: Provide Print-Ready Artwork
The first step to ordering any customized product is to provide us with print-ready artwork. If you don't have print-ready artwork, don't worry! -
Step 2: Digital Mock-Up
Our team of expert graphic designers will assist you in generating a high-quality digital mock-up. This way, you can see exactly what your customized gear will look like with your design. Please note that the digital mock-up process takes between 24-72 hours, depending on the complexity of your design. Once you're satisfied with the mock-up, we'll create the print-ready artwork files needed to begin production. -
Step 3: Mock-Up Fees
There is a small one-time digital mock-up fee. The fee is $30 for patches and headwear, and $50 for other items like apparel.

SHIPPING
13FA is proud to print all apparel in the USA. This means that your order is typically printed to order, and will go into our production queue after we receive your order. Please allow 3-7 business days for production. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email/text notification with your tracking information.
RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise for store credit. Click here to initiate an exchange or return for store credit.
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting Customer Experience within 7 DAYS of delivery.
