Unresolved replacement order
"My original order was placed on November 11. I received the incorrect item and was assured that a replacement would be shipped. Despite this, the replacement has not been received. I was later informed it shipped on December 2, yet no tracking information has been provided, and there has been no confirmation that the item is actually in transit. This matter has now been outstanding for an unreasonable amount of time. I am requesting immediate confirmation of shipment along with valid tracking details by the end of the business day. If the replacement cannot be confirmed, please advise whether a refund will be issued or escalate this to a supervisor for resolution. I expect prompt action so this can be resolved without further escalation."
